Open the Users tab. Only an administrator can manage users.
If your organisation uses directory sync (SCIM), your identity provider creates and deactivates users for you. See Single sign-on and user provisioning.
Invite a user
- Under Invite a user, enter the person's Email.
- Select the Role: member for an agent, admin for an administrator.
- Select Send invite.
Taiwa emails the person a link, and also shows the link to you once. The person sets their own password with it. The link works once and expires in 7 days. You never see the password.

Change a role
Select the new role in the Role column, and confirm. The change applies immediately.
An admin manages users, billing, settings and terminology for the whole organisation. A member can only translate.
Resend an invite
Select Resend invite. The earlier link stops working.
Send a reset link
Select Send reset link when a person forgot their password.
The person is signed out at once, and the current password stops working immediately. They choose a new password with the link. A link that you sent earlier stops working too.
Deactivate or reactivate a user
Select Deactivate. The person is signed out immediately and cannot sign in or translate. Their history stays. To give the person access again, select Reactivate.
