Both actions are at the end of the Settings tab.
Change your password
- Enter your Current password.
- Enter a New password of at least 8 characters, and enter it again.
- Select Change password.
This signs you out on every device, including the one you use now. Sign in again with the new password.
If you sign in through your organisation's identity provider, your password is managed there. The card then has no fields.
Close your account
Closing is permanent. Everyone is signed out and translation stops. No one can open the account again, not you and not Taiwa. Anything that you owe is charged when you close.
- Read the card. It says how many days pass before your data is deleted.
- If you want your personal data deleted at once, tick Delete my personal data straight away instead of waiting.
- Type your organisation ID to confirm.
- Enter your password.
- If you want, say why you leave.
- Select Close this account.
Taiwa keeps your invoices and usage records, because it is required to keep them. Everything else is deleted after the number of days that the card gives.
