What each role can do
| Role | What the person can do |
|---|---|
| admin | Manage users, billing, settings and terminology for the whole organisation. An administrator can also translate. |
| member | Translate calls and messages. A member has nothing to configure in the portal. |
An agent with the member role sees one page, You're set up. It shows who is signed in and the organisation. It also says what to check if translation does not start.
The pages of the portal
An administrator sees these tabs.
| Tab | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Overview | Usage for each day of the last 30 days. |
| Dashboard | Calls, and how many of your agents use Taiwa. |
| Settings | Call limits, transcript rules, message translation, your password. |
| Terminology | Spoken terms and glossaries. |
| Translation providers | Your provider accounts and which one carries your calls and messages. |
| Users | Who can sign in. |
| Billing | What Taiwa charges, and your payment method. |
| SSO & Provisioning | Single sign-on, directory sync, and the Freshdesk panel key. |
To change the language of the portal, use the list at the top right.
If your organisation is suspended
A banner says that translation is paused and that most of the portal is read-only. Go to the Billing tab to settle the payment. See Billing.
